We have left the keys in the black box that is entering the patio of the house (where the electricity meter is).

The first thing you will find when entering the House is a white box with some flowers on the right hand side. This is the electrical box. (You will find all the levers turned up, except the outside ones.) *It is important to turn off the lights before going to bed to avoid unnecessary consumption.

The barbecue is only charcoal (do not use wood). Leave it in the same conditions in which it is left.
*In case of a high temperature alert, it cannot be used.

We recommend that you do not leave garbage bags outside.

Recycling containers are available at the intersection of the town of Pino Santo Alto.

Remember not to leave the little ones alone either in the pool or around it (We are not responsible).

Hammock and pool area, we ask you please not to leave umbrellas open when not in use and to bring the hammock mats up to the house at night.

We have heaters in all rooms, which is why we ask you to be respectful of the environment and unplug/turn them off if you do not need them.

Behind the house there is a small royal road (about 45 minutes) where you can see some caves and go around the entire summit of the volcano. It is an easy and very nice walk, as you can see different towns from above, such as Teror.

Nos encanta dar la bienvenida a las mascotas en CR La Caldera. Solo hay que tener en cuenta algunas normas de convivencia por ello es importante que no se suban a los sillones, camas, ni alfombras (QUITAR si su mascota le gusta marcar territorio)

*En el caso de algún desperfecto tanto interior como exterior será el propietario quien se encargará de abonar el daño causado. La estancia de las MASCOTAS tiene un coste de 20€.

La Entrada es a las 16:30 y La Salida de la casa es a las 11:00. En el caso de querer salir como máximo a las 18:00 deberán pagar un suplemento de 40€ en el momento de la entrada.

No están permitidas visitas.En el caso de querer recibirlas deberán comunicarlo y abonar un suplemento.

La casa se debe entregar en las mismas condiciones en las que se les entrega. La FIANZA se deberá hacer antes de la entrada a la casa 200€ bajo transferencia o bizum.
