One of the closest towns to La Casa is Teror, 19 minutes (9.4 km) away via GC-424 and GC-42.

- Sunday Market, one of the oldest street markets on the island with two centuries of history. Where you can buy typical products of the area such as the typical chorizo from Teror, blood sausages and sweets and speaking of sweets we recommend the Dulcería Benítez, where you can find traditional sweets from Teror such as sweet potato trucha or petit four, cakes etc... it is located on C/ Nueva 21, Teror.

SANTA BRÍGIDA:
If we were going to the town of Santa Brígida it would take about 16 minutes (8.4 km) via GC-320.
What to visit in Santa Brigida:
- Bandama Natural Monument.
- Ruta del Vino en el municipio de Santa Brígida.
- Cave of the Canaries.
- The “El Galeón” farm is located next to the town centre of Santa Brígida, behind the market. You can walk around the park for free and see livestock and exotic animals. It is located next to the town centre of Santa Brígida, about 16 km and 20 minutes from the centre of the capital, so accessibility is excellent.
- Santa Brigida Municipal Market.
- Cave of the Friars
- Alonso Ravine interpretive trail.

SAN MATEO VEGA:
If you choose the town of San Mateo, it will be 24 minutes (13.4 km) away on GC-15.
What to visit in San Mateo:
- Old town of Vega de San Mateo.
- Natural Viewpoints such as:
The Mirador de la Cruz y El Montañón offers general views of the centre of San Mateo and the Municipality, as well as the areas surrounding the enclave, such as peaks or population centres in the central-northern area.
The Mirador de la Montaña Cabreja shows us another panoramic view of the town of San Mateo and the important Guiniguada basin upon arrival in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.

The Mirador de Los Pechos, in the highest area of the island, allows us to see the two most notable slopes of Gran Canaria, the northern slope and the southern slope, and the neighboring island of Tenerife.
Accessing the Aríñez neighborhood, through the Galaz area, we can visit the beautiful El Talayón Natural Viewpoint that offers us a view of the municipalities of Teror, Valleseco, Santa Brígida, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and part of the northern coast of the island.
